The Veterinary Professional Insurance Society Incorporated (VPIS) is committed to protecting any personal information entrusted to us. This statement explains how we collect and use information about you.

VPIS insurance policies have a common renewal date of the 30th of September each year.
Policies are current, or in force, until that date.
You will receive an invitation email to renew your insurance.
Our VPIS in-house claims team is here to help you Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm.
If you would like to notify us of a claim, or a potential claim, please contact us as soon as possible at:
